Public Service Announcement: On February 21, 2024 Change Healthcare, owned by UnitedHealth Group, experienced a cyberattack that is yet to be resolved. While on our end patient data remains secure and systems are functional, the Change Healthcare outage is resulting in nationwide healthcare delays in the processing of eligibility verification, electronic prescriptions, claims payment by multiple health insurance companies.  Read more here.

Evolve is focused on expanding access to quality behavioral health care. We are in network with the largest selection of mental health insurance plans across all of Texas and California. 

Sorry, we do not accept Medicaid or MediCal coverage at this time. Due to ongoing Champ VA claim processing delays, we have temporarily suspended adding new Champ VA patients.
