Appointment Availability

Appointments are now strictly made in order of PAQ submissions. Our office will contact you after verifying your benefits within 72 hours to book your appointment. Telehealth appointments are made for 2 to 3 weeks from the time of inquiry. In person visit requests are added to a waitlist and can expect to be accommodated for six to eight weeks from the time of inquiry depending on provider availability.
