Appointment Reminder

We are excited to see you at your upcoming visit.  Please be sure to review your On Patient portal to make any changes to your account, view your latest bill and pay any outstanding balance on file in advance of your visit.

We are honored to be a part of your journey towards improved mental health and a brighter future. If you ever have questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to message our Patient Ambassadors through On Patient for same-day responses.

Changes, Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance through On Patient. Patients are allowed a 10-minute grace period to join the appointment after which they will be marked as a "no-show" and must reschedule. All no shows and late cancellations within 48 hours incur a fees in accordance with our financial policy, which is charged to your card on file which allows you to rebook your appointment.  For accounts missing a card on file, the fee will be applied to your account and you must fulfill any outstanding balance in order to rebook. ​
