How to Confirm Your Appointment
Check your e-mail to see that you have received two different e-mails. The first e-mail is the appointment invite as shown here.
Click Yes and add to your calendar. This confirms appt and secures your spot on our calendar.
If you do not confirm the appointment, there is a chance it may be cancelled. Two days before the appointment our office will give you a courtesy call to confirm over the phone. If we do not hear back from you by 5pm that day, your appointment will be cancelled. This is to avoid charging you a no-show fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call at least 1 business day in advance to avoid being charged the no-show or late cancellation fees. Additional details can be found in our financial responsibility policy in our patient registration documents.
