For 13 years, Rhonda dedicated their career to education, shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. Observing the significant impact of mental well-being on students' lives inspired them to transition to the field of mental health. Now, as a mental health advocate, they provide support and resources to individuals, aiming to make a meaningful difference. Their background in education equips them with unique insights and skills for their new role. Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys playing the piano, hiking, and creating resin art, and is a proud parent of three children.
There were two careers that I have wanted to pursue as a child, education and counseling. After witnessing the profound positive impact mental health support can have on individuals', I decided to make the change from education and contribute to making a meaningful difference
