Dr. Riz is the founding psychiatrist of Evolve Psychiatry.  While he enjoyed emergency psychiatry for the fast pace environment he couldn't help but notice how many patients requested to see him privately in an outpatient setting.  What sets Dr. Riz apart from other psychiatrists is his very unique background.  His prior career in management consulting helped him cultivate a robust understanding of process improvement, a critical eye for customer service, and an unassuming charisma that is quite rare for a health professional!  His skillset drives his dedication to understanding patients concerns, educating them on their options, and his commitment to consistent and positive outcomes.

Currently he is focused on an expansion plan that includes growing our clinical and administrative teams to address aspects of patients' needs that are often overlooked in typical outpatient practices. His personal ambition is to utilize technology and automation to create a seamless experience for both patients and doctors that make getting to know each other fun, as it should be!  The only way to distract him from work is to either bring up film screenplays or ask him about being a girldad (x3).  Just don't mention his notoriously out-of-control meme collection!
