​I was born and raised in California and love the beach and the mountains.  I love doing life with my dog, Harambe! Prior to specializing in mental health, I spent 7 years in the ER/Trauma setting which makes me adept at thinking on my feet.  I am passionate about addressing mental health needs as it contributes to a more comprehensive approach to healthcare that considers the entirety of an individual's health journey.
